Finding Your Rhythm this New Year
Happy New Year! I speak life, abundance and God’s presence all over you. Regardless of how 2025 went, I hope that 2026 is one of peace, joy and resting in all that God has provided for you.
One of the ways that we can truly rest is by finding our rhythm this year. I want to offer that as a gentle reminder as we step into this new year. Life hacks and wisdom from Tik Tok can be helpful, but what actually fits the life that you have built for yourself? And if we’re being honest with ourselves, do you even like the life you’ve built for yourself?
If not, give yourself permission to restructure what isn’t working and maintain what is. Maybe you prefer to time block your schedule instead of having every space filled with a to do list. Maybe you do better with projects instead of being a task master. Maybe you like having your priorities listed for the week but flow with the wind with what each day brings.
None of that is wrong.
God wired you intentionally and I hope that you embrace the unique way that He designed you. When you begin working with your gifts and talents instead of against your inner being, life feels easier.
We may be a few days into 2026 already but it’s not too late to reprioritize what it means to be you this year.
Take a moment to reflect:
Where in your life do you feel most at ease right now, and where do you feel resistance? What might that be telling you about your rhythm for this season?
